rocks get burned for energy, electricity, etc.. and lots of carbon gets put into the atmosphere. Which then acts as a green house gas, which means it traps all this carbon in the earths atmosphere. This the earth warmer by a couple of degrees
And Rock gets formed by animals dieing and rotting into the soil witch then gets fossilized into rock. the process of burning the rock is called combustion
